We don't want you shopping for the sunglasses anywhere but CrystalShades.com.   That's why we offer our price matching policy.  We work hard to monitor the Internet stores to ensure our customers receive the lowest possible price. Our prices are fair and based on the lowest possible profit margin we can offer.

However, given the dynamic nature of the marketplace, it is next to impossible to stay on top of the current lowest prices.  If you have found a better price on identical product** at different legitimate authorized retailer, we will do everything possible to meet or beat that price.

We can't guarantee that we can beat every price, but we appreciate the opportunity and we'll do our best to get you our lowest price.

Please note that all Price Match requests MUST be made before purchasing. We do NOT issue any retroactive price adjustments for any reason.

Price Match  Rules & Exclusions:

• Merchandise must be offered by authorized legitimate online US retailer. NOT eBay, Amazon, Overstock or other auction websites, membership or discount club stores, non-retail and private sales. The competitor must have an e-commerce web site with a shopping cart and method of payment and contact (phone and/or email). 

• The items that are price matched must be identical: same model in the same color, 100% authentic in brand new condition with original case and cleaning cloth.

• The item is not a closeout, clearance, overstocked, below-cost loss leader or manufacturer/wholesale quantity item.

• Promotional sales and Coupons for our competitor’s sites will not be honored in our guarantee. Going out of business and liquidation sales from our competitors are not candidates for Price Match.

• Some online retailers will offer slightly lower prices but apply "handling charges" or use gigantic markups on the actual shipping cost.  When we price match, we promise to match their complete price: including any shipping and handling charges.

• The product must be listed at its correct price: the policy does not apply to typographical errors of a competitor's price.

• The internet site or catalog must have the exact brand and model available for purchase and delivery. 

• Price must be current advertised price. Please understand that we can't match a price competitor had last week, or at Christmas time.

• Additional discounts, promotions, and free shipping offers from CrystalShades.com cannot be used on price matched orders.

• Our Price Match Guarantee may be changed or/and discontinued at any time without prior notice.
