Regular
priced non sale items are covered by original one year limited
manufacturer's warranty against manufacturer's
defects (defect in materials and workmanship) only.
Warranty
does not apply to any defect, damage or non-conformity caused by
the improper or unreasonable use,
abuse, product modification, or neglect; accident, extensive
use, normal wear and tear including scratched, pitted, broken
lenses or/and frame, loss/theft of the product; damage from
liquids; damage occurring during shipment; damage from failure
to follow instructions or lack of reasonable care; damage
resulting from the performance of repairs or adjustments by
someone not authorized by CrystalShades.com; damage caused by
disassembly of product. Physical damages or/and signs of
extensive use to any product will void the product's warranty.
If you
suspect a defect in workmanship or materials of a
CrystalShades.com product, you may send the product to
CrystalShades.com for a warranty evaluation at any time within
the first year of ownership. We will submit warranty claim on
your behalf and one of manufacturer's specialists will make the
final determination on what is considered to be a
manufacturer's defect.
If a
valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its
option, CrystalShades.com will either:
• Repair the
sunglasses defect at no charge, using new replacement
parts, or
•
Exchange the product with a same product or product
equivalent to the original product.
A
replacement product or part, assumes the remaining warranty of
the original product. Please note a replacement pair will be
sent out within 15 business days after we receive the defective
product.
If however,
a replacement pair is required immediately (ie before we receive
the defective product), then our policy is to charge your credit
card for the value of the replacement pair when the replacement
is sent out to you. Your credit card will be credited once we
receive the defective pair.
Please note
that warranty does not cover shipping charges.
All warranty
claims are subject to the approval of manufacturers specialists.
CrystalShades.com
reserves the right to refuse to refund or exchange goods that we
determine are not covered under manufacturers warranty for any
reason.
All sales
and clearance items are sold as-is and are not covered under the
warranty, and could be submitted for repair only.
As a
courtesy to our valued customers, CrystalShades.com will provide
a repair service for products not covered or past their warranty
period. A repair charge will be assessed depending upon the
style of your returned product.
